How I spent over 6k in August π±
2 min read
I spent close to 50% more than last month which is shocking without context. However, when I checked the trends in the spending dashboard, I can see that 90% of my spending was on needs, and it was because this month was when all my quarterly bills were charged, such as my water, council and strata fees.
It doesn't change the fact that this is a lot of money going out of my bank account, and what's worse is that these expenses are all fixed so it's not something I can reduce or cut out.
How I spent my money πΈ

Aside from all the fixed costs that I needed to pay this month, in the greater scheme of things, I'd like to think that my spending wasn't too bad.
The only things were off trend this month was personal care from getting a haircut, as well as groceries from Costco where I did a few bulk purchases.
Hopefully next months costs will be lower since there are less bills to pay!
